Hey!

Hoping everyone had a good weekend :) I definitely had a good time! I went to get a tattoo with my cousin yesterday and then went to my boyfriends for a great dinner. We ended the night by going to a friends house for drinks! Today we went for breakfast (hangover cure) and then he came over for dinner (steak salad .. yum). Overall it was one of the more productive weekends I`ve had in a long while! Here are some photos of my tattoo.

My grandpa has Rosalie tattooed on his hand, so  my cousin and I wanted to do the same. I think it really meant a lot to him and my mom. Thanks for reading :)

Okay so I know all of you are sick and tired of looking at this blouse but I legit can't get enough of it! I could pair it with anything and it would look cute. Or maybe this is a sign that I should get some more clothes. Thankfully I'm going back to working full time now that school is done in a week! I can't believe its been a year since I started. It's been really stressful but fun and I'm glad it's going to be over :) thanks to everyone that has been supporting me this year, its been great! On a side note, I'm getting a tattoo today with my cousin in honour of our grandma. Can't wait to show you :)

Okay guys, I have a bit of an obsession. This is the second time I've blogged about this blouse! I am obsessed with skulls right now, considering I am in the process of ordering a bunch of skull bangles and bracelets off Etsy.. I think this deserves a "#fashiongirlproblems" don't you think? I totally said this post would be going up Wednesday but I've been so busy, sorry about that! It's not very responsible of me is it haha. Hello everyone!

Hope you all enjoyed your Canada day fellow Canucks! Today I am posting about how to transform an old vintage dress into a new and improved modern version. Since I have an older personality (and by old I mean like 1950's), I love vintage dresses!! I bought this dress last year but unfortunately when I bought it, it was the length of a midi dress (not a good look for a short girl like me). I went to the tailors and got them to take it up at the waist so now I absolutely love it! Another way you can make it look new and fresh is by adding modern accessories. I added my bright pink tote and open toed pumps to make it look ultra fab!! Add a belt and you`re good to go! Hope this was useful to you :)

So this past Friday I went to see Magic Mike with my friend Michaela and omg was it ever good. So many good looking men in one movie I thought I died and went to heaven hehe. Now its Canada Day! I can't believe that it's July. We're still getting so much rain you'd think it was October! Yikes. Have a good rest of your long weekend fellow Canadians :)

Club Night - VENUE

So last weekend, my fashion class had a club night at Venue to support our fashion show (which is coming up soon BTW). The show is July 10th 2012 and tickets are 20$ and going fast!! Hurry and get them! All of the net proceeds go to Covenant House Vancouver. This is me and Dom having a great time haha. The picture below it is a promo for the show made by Clarice (from my class). She is so good at photoshop its crazyyyy. Anyways I can't believe that its already July 1st tomorrow! Hopefully we start getting some sun here to show for it! Enjoy your weekend everyone :) 

Frankie

Hi guys!!

This is my fellow fashionista friend from school, Frankie. I'm going to be doing a couple of features on him in the next while because I love his unique and cute style!! Skulls

Yesterday I went downtown to Venue with my friends and boyfriend and I wore this lovely outfit. I recently purchased this skull blouse online and I love it !!! Skulls have been really in lately and I'd like to say its thanks to Alexander McQueen and his silk scarves. I think that if you wear them the right way, skulls can be beautiful and girly! Like how I've done it here (I'm very modest haha). Enjoy and have a fab rest of your weekend everyone!
