Today I wanted to feature a product that I really love. This NYC in a minute top coat is by far the best top coat I have ever used. It is also extremely affordable. Like it says, it drys right away, and leaves my nails extremely shiny for days. It goes on thick, smooth and clean. It can be found at walmart for under $2.00.
